Develop and implement a global HR analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
Drive predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives and translate complex data into actionable insights
Establish and maintain HR data governance frameworks
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance (including GDPR)
Define and monitor key HR KPIs
Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
Partner with HR Business Partners, Expert Hubs, Global Business Operations, Finance, and IT
Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR data trends
Implement HR metrics to determine workforce efficiency and impact
Compile and analyze workforce data globally, providing insights and recommendations for personnel decisions
Requirements
Academic degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, Organizational Management, or related field
Professional experience in HR Analytics, data management, or business intelligence
Strong knowledge of project management, data governance, and GDPR compliance
Several years of experience in HR systems development and implementation, preferably SAP and/or Microsoft-based projects
Strong IT affinity and familiarity with SAP Applications (SAP-HCM, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, Business Warehouse, SuccessFactors)
