360° Planning: Build sales volumes (Sell-in and Sell-out) for regular items, launches and promotions for the Boticário and O.U.I brands;
Indicator Management: Monitor and mitigate demand errors by analyzing deviations and defining immediate action plans;
Strategic Interface: Act as a connection hub between Marketing, Portfolio, Channel and Supply Chain;
Data Intelligence: Work with large datasets to produce clear views on inventory turnover and inventory accuracy.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
Previous experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or S&OP.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, consumer goods (FMCG) or large retail chains is a plus.
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (handling large datasets) and strong executive presentation skills.
Familiarity with error and inventory metrics (MAPE, WAPE, BIAS, Inventory Turnover).
