Role Overview
- 360° Planning: Build sales volumes (Sell-in and Sell-out) for regular items, launches and promotions for the Boticário and O.U.I brands;
- Indicator Management: Monitor and mitigate demand errors by analyzing deviations and defining immediate action plans;
- Strategic Interface: Act as a connection hub between Marketing, Portfolio, Channel and Supply Chain;
- Data Intelligence: Work with large datasets to produce clear views on inventory turnover and inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
- Previous experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain or S&OP.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, consumer goods (FMCG) or large retail chains is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (handling large datasets) and strong executive presentation skills.
- Familiarity with error and inventory metrics (MAPE, WAPE, BIAS, Inventory Turnover).
