Serve as a senior financial partner to leaders, providing insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decisions.
Interpret financial results, trends, and forecasts, translating complex analyses into clear business implications.
Design, develop, and maintain complex financial models to support cost allocation and driver‑based analysis.
Ensure models are structurally sound, well‑documented, and reproducible over time.
Independently build end-to-end data and analytics solutions to meet organizational priorities and timelines.
Continuously improve financial analysis processes, tools, and methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, cost accounting, or financial modeling.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
Experience working in complex or highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, financial services).
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
