About this role
Role Overview
Lead the operational backbone of our Customer Success functions.
Design, implement, and maintain the data systems that support Clara’s growth across all our operating markets.
Own the global HubSpot infrastructure for the CS team.
Design and maintain global dashboards in HubSpot and Metabase.
Lead the technical setup for customer-facing campaigns worldwide.
Serve as the global point of contact for CS operational inquiries.
Proactively identify manual bottlenecks in our global processes and automate them using N8N or AI-driven logic.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in Sales Ops, Data Analytics, or a similar role with exposure to complex, multi-market environments.
Direct, hands-on experience with HubSpot (preferred) or a major CRM, with high proficiency in workflow automation and report generation.
Exceptional proficiency in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and logical functions) for high-stakes data manipulation.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools as a daily "copilot" to automate repetitive operational tasks and data analysis.
A proactive mindset with a proven ability to manage organized workflows and take full responsibility for global project outcomes.
