About this role

Support the planning, management, and execution of M365 tenant migrations
Perform pre-migration assessments, environment readiness checks, and validation activities
Configure and administer core M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues
Ensure all migration activities adhere to federal security and compliance requirements
Maintain documentation of migration plans, processes, system configurations, and post-migration states
Monitor service health, performance, and migration progress to ensure uninterrupted operations
Assist in establishing best practices for M365 tenant management and centralization

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migration activities
Strong understanding of systems engineering concepts and cloud-based infrastructure
Experience supporting or executing tenant-to-tenant migrations
Familiarity with identity, authentication, and access management principles (e.g., Azure AD)
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
