Design high-impact visual assets across all marketing channels, including website graphics, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads
Create engaging visuals and light video edits for LinkedIn and other social platforms (short-form video, animations, branded clips)
Develop compelling lead magnets such as eBooks, one-pagers, case studies, and presentations
Produce event-related assets, including booth signage, banners, sales collateral, and promotional materials
Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to translate messaging into strong visual storytelling
Ensure all creative work aligns with and evolves Hapi’s existing brand guidelines
Help scale and systematize design output to support ongoing campaign and pipeline growth

3–5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, campaign assets, and brand consistency
Experience designing for web, social media (especially LinkedIn), and marketing campaigns
Understanding of conversion-focused design (landing pages, lead gen assets, etc.)
Basic video editing skills
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar
Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality
Ability to work within existing brand systems while also contributing ideas to evolve and enhance them
Familiarity with event marketing and trade show asset development
B2/C1 level of English required
Comfort working with a remote, distributed team
