Act as a change agent, guiding leaders and teams through transformation. Drive organizational design solutions on spans and layers, talent management, and change management.
Partner effectively with our People Team Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement programs that are consistent, scalable, and tailored to business needs.
Drive informed, objective decision-making by using data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and develop effective, scalable solutions. Conduct analyses and make recommendations that continuously improve processes and policies.
Provide strategic compensation guidance, including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-leveling, ensuring we remain competitive in the talent market.
Proactively work with managers and employees to address complex employee relations issues, representing all interests fairly and ensuring a positive, high-performance work environment.
Develop and lead initiatives that drive employee engagement and connection, ensuring internal communications are aligned with the evolving culture and strategic narrative.
Requirements
8+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or in a related role, with a demonstrated history of building and scaling HR programs, preferably supporting Go-to-market teams in a fast paced global environment.
