Implementation Project Manager – IPM

Role Overview

• Responsible for the successful execution of complex installation and deployment engagements.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams ensuring services align with commitments and technical standards.
• Act as primary delivery orchestrator and customer interface.
• Ensure deployment activities are executed efficiently and risks managed.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of multi-technology data center ecosystems
• Service delivery frameworks knowledge
• Commercial governance principles knowledge
• Experience managing end-to-end installation and deployment projects
• Coordination of cross-functional teams
• Excellent customer engagement skills
• Ability to manage escalations and customer expectations
• Experience in project documentation and reporting
• Ability to work in collaboration with sales, presales, and technical teams
• Process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives.
