About this role
Role Overview
- Driving OPEX Insights and Analysis
- Lead OPEX analyses across managed functions
- Support month end close activities related to accruals/deferrals of different costs and validation of actual results in the system
- Provide variance analysis to explain actual and forecasted performance of managed markets/regions vs prior year/plan/prior forecast
- Support forecasts/budgets development for managed functions by working with finance business partners to review and validate their bottom’s up
- Build and develop Opex reporting
- Ad hoc Operational and Cost Management Projects e.g. transitions, allocations projects, presentations etc.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in Finance function
- Min 2 years in controllership or FP&A department
- Very good English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in using EPM solution such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, Cognos, Anaplan
- Experience in using one of the ERP systems as SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle is a plus
