Lead end-to-end analytics across key digital initiatives, including: Mobile adoption, engagement, and feature usage, Authentication and identity journeys (login, biometrics, step-up, recovery), Transaction migration and channel behavior analysis, Digital product performance and customer experience optimization, Analytics re-imagine (standardized metrics, scalable data assets, automation)
Translate complex business problems into structured analysis: Define success metrics and KPIs, Build and validate analytical datasets, Conduct exploratory and investigative data mining, Deliver insights that clearly inform decisions, Deliver scalable, reusable analytics solutions that improve efficiency and consistency across teams.
Partner closely with product, data engineering, finance, and fraud teams to: Align on definitions and measurement frameworks, Close data gaps and unblock dependencies, Drive adoption of insights into product and strategy decisions, Ensure rigor and accuracy through: Strong data validation and quality checks, Clear documentation of logic, assumptions, and methodology, Adherence to risk, compliance, and governance standards
Communicate findings with executive-level clarity : Translate complex analyses into concise narratives, Highlight “so what” and recommended actions, Influence decision-making at senior levels
Requirements
5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of analytics experience in the financial services or technology industry
Demonstrated expertise in advanced SQL, including complex querying, large-scale dataset manipulation, and performance optimization
Demonstrated experience using Python for data analysis and automation
