Role Overview
- Lead, develop and engage three Area Managers, six sales representatives and field technicians
- Ensure achievement of revenue, margin and profitability targets for the regions under your responsibility
- Analyze financial results and commercial KPIs
- Plan and monitor the budget for managed areas, ensuring efficient use of resources
Requirements
- Advanced English (communication)
- Experience in sales/commercial area
- Knowledge of the pulp/cellulose market
- Team builder
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate, engage and develop the team
- Ability to give clear and constructive feedback
