About this role
Role Overview
- Install, maintain and repair dosing and dispensing equipment and TASKI floorcare machines for Diversey customers
- Attend customer sites for breakdowns, planned maintenance and installation visits
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and maintain van stock levels to support a strong first-time fix rate
- Minimise equipment downtime by using remote diagnosis and remote fix options where possible
- Plan daily work efficiently to maximise productivity and meet customer expectations
- Maintain PPE and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers at all times
- Keep Salesforce updated with job details, parts used, incomplete tasks and follow-up requirements
- Communicate effectively with the Planning team regarding parts, scheduling and job status
- Participate fully in all training provided to maintain and develop technical skill levels
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Strong focus on quality, safety and service excellence
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Confident communicator with customers and internal teams
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
