About this role
Role Overview
- Lead an AI product for the commercial AI Acceleration team
- Build strong relationships with end customers to understand call workflows
- Translate needs into product requirements
- Own the pod roadmap with clear scope, milestones, success metrics, and risks
- Own the intake, refinement, sizing, and prioritization of backlog items
- Partner with translators and UX to define problem statements and UI specifications
- Ensure compliance with data access, model approvals, risk controls, brand, and regulatory requirements
- Lead a cross-functional team through iterative development cycles
- Oversee release readiness including test plans and deployment execution
- Conduct UAT and production smoke tests
- Track and report KPIs including adoption and business outcomes
- Partner with other AI pods to ensure integration and continuity of insights
- Foster a pod culture of clarity, speed, collaboration, and accountability
Requirements
- BA / BS with 12+ years of experience leading cross-functional commercial projects
- Understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries
- Experience in leading teams
- Experience with cloud platforms and tools for deploying AI models (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
- Hands-on experience with designing, training, and deploying AI models
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic thinking to align AI initiatives with business goals and industry trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creativity to innovate and find novel solutions to problems
- Understanding of ethical considerations and biases in AI
- Awareness of privacy and security issues related to AI and data handling
- Understanding of marketing, brand management and commercial analytics
