Work on managing inbound commercial opportunities already qualified by the SDR team
Receive commercial requests and turn opportunities into structured proposals, ensuring speed, organization and a positive customer experience
Prepare, update and track commercial proposals, making adjustments to prices, payment terms, deadlines and other alignments required during negotiations
Actively manage the commercial pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring constant updates of stages, follow-ups and traceability of opportunities
Conduct multiple negotiations simultaneously while maintaining fast response times and an organized sales routine
Maintain close contact with customers throughout the commercial process and during the initial post-sale follow-up
Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, product and internal teams to ensure smooth handling of requests and progression of opportunities
Contribute to maintaining an organized, predictable and efficient sales process.
Requirements
Experience in sales, inside sales, commercial operations or customer-facing commercial roles
Practical and consistent experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
Experience managing a pipeline, performing follow-ups and continuously updating opportunities
Organized, agile profile with the ability to handle a high volume of simultaneous tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships and conduct negotiations with a sense of priority and dynamism
Experience in technology companies, distribution or structured commercial environments is a plus.
