Educating and providing quality healthcare services to clients by initiating CPAP & Oxygen therapy
Performing assessments, conducting follow-up service and providing client support while collaborating with referring physicians and ensuring patient safety
Conducting a full respiratory assessment; diagnostics as applicable
Assessing and evaluating test results; delivering of equipment and supplies as required
Developing respiratory therapy treatment plans in consultation with clients, physicians and care teams as per prescription and established company best practices
Providing appropriate follow-up to clients to evaluate effects of treatment plan
Assessing clients home environment for safety, identifying and addressing areas of concern
Performing equipment quality control checks on a recurring basis
Maintaining continuing education and knowledge of clinical best practices
Complying and maintaining knowledge of all funding processes and systems
Participating in sleep duties including initiating PAP therapy when prescribed
Ensuring the completion of all documentation and form to initiate therapy
Providing proper fitting of facial interface for long term CPAP or BILEVEL treatment
Demonstrating and educating patients on usage of products and services
Contributing to the growth of VitalAire by liaising with medical professionals
