The Associate Director, Market Access Analytics, is a senior individual contributor within Insights & Analytics, exclusively dedicated to partnering with Sobi North America’s Market Access teams.
Reporting to the Director, Field Excellence & Market Access Analytics, this role serves as the analytics thought partner for payer, channel, and patient access performance across Sobi’s product portfolio.
Responsible for translating complex access, channel, and patient journey data into actionable insights that enable decision-making by market access leaders and field-based teams.
Guide development of market access KPIs, lead analytics initiatives across core access domains, and ensure delivery of executive-ready insights through standardized reporting, dashboards, and business reviews.
Highly collaborative, analytically rigorous, and hands-on, requiring a deep understanding of U.S. market access dynamics, strong business acumen, and the ability to clearly articulate performance drivers, risks, and opportunities to guide strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 7+ years biotech/pharma experience in consulting or analytics role.
At least 3+ years of dedicated experience in U.S Market Access analytics.
