Oversee inventory controls and cost analysis and efficiencies
Work with operations to prepare budget for Cost per Unit
Close review of Manufacturing variances and Spending
Work with Cost Accounting team on actions to keep proper inventory levels and calculate Obsolete reserves in a timely manner
Responsible for the analysis and tracking of Fixed and Variable Cost and booking of expenses
Responsible for SG&A reports for different areas (e.g. Operations, HR, Marketing)
Supports the analysis and documentation over Capital Projects
Perform financial statement analysis, create and interpret financial reports, identifying trends and providing insights to improve the company’s financial performance
Identify cost-saving opportunities, creating cost reduction strategies and implementing processes to ensure that the company has the most efficient and effective cost structure possible

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or Master’s Degree preferred
Preference of at least 5 progressive finance/FP&A Roles
Manufacturing Sector experience (preferred)
Strong Experience in Month End Close Processes, Financial & Reporting
HFM and Oracle skills (Preferred)
Ability to implement and improve accounting processes and controls
