About this role
Role Overview
- Provide functional SAP MM support (level 2 and 3)
- Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests using the ticketing system
- Identify and implement improvements to materials and procurement processes
- Perform root cause analyses (RCA)
- Participate in small projects and system enhancements
- Configure and adjust settings and parameters in the MM module
- Interact with business areas such as Purchasing, Procurement, Inventory and Tax
- Support unit and integration testing, as well as solution validation
- Document processes and implemented solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience with SAP MM (Materials Management)
- Experience in support and application sustainment
- Knowledge of:
- Purchasing processes
- Inventory and stock management
- Goods receipt
- Material master data management
- Release strategies
- Integrations with FI and SD
