Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

• Manage international market research projects through entire project lifecycle
• Ensure client satisfaction and project financial goals are met
• Coordination of project kick-off meetings
• Ensure quality standards and timelines are met
• Project launch execution and analysis
• Fieldwork management and timely updates to clients
• Manage and leverage relationships with vendors
• Guide and mentor junior staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work well & meet deadlines and under pressure.
• Have the ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time.
