Degree in a STEM field
At least 2 years of practical experience in full‑stack development
Strong backend skills, e.g., Java & Spring Boot, REST APIs
Solid experience with modern frontend technologies, e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React (preferably with Material UI or comparable component libraries), module & micro‑frontend concepts (e.g., Module Federation)
Confident use of AI‑assisted development tools, e.g., GitHub Copilot, and other AI coding or testing assistants
Enthusiasm for integrating AI sensibly and pragmatically into the development process — and for bringing others along
Quality‑conscious, proactive, and passionate about modern software development
Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English skills
