About this role
Role Overview
As the Lead IT Architect in the HR Technology Domain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture landscape within the Information Systems domain to support HR business processes.
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining architecture in alignment with Enterprise Architecture guidelines and standards, defining strategic roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of key business and IT initiatives.
Additionally, you will lead the integration of Oracle Integration Cloud and the usage of AI/ML technologies to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance HR processes.
You will report directly to our Director, IT and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
Requirements
Must Have
Experience in Oracle HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Experience in End-to-End Ecosystems for Human Resources, including technology strategy, roadmap, governance, and expectation management.
Familiarity and experience integrating ERP with master data systems and integration platforms.
Experience overseeing/implementing architecture of at least three End-to-End HCM implementations, preferably in Oracle Cloud, for global multinationals.
5 or more years of professional IT experience in large-scale business systems environments, with hands-on experience as an architect. Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud experience are preferred.
Ownership mindset with a service-oriented attitude, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
We Value
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, along with knowledge of EA tools for modeling architecture.
