Execute complex accounting and finance optimization workstreams within a structured engagement model
Manage assigned responsibilities within an engagement, ensuring timely delivery of accurate, well-structured, and client-ready outputs
Apply strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and operational finance concepts to support financial reporting, close process improvement, audit readiness, and operational analyses
Provide meaningful support to engagement leadership in coordination, planning alignment, and delivery of key outputs
Demonstrate strong organization and prioritization across deliverables, maintaining alignment with engagement timelines and objectives
Provide hands-on accounting and finance support to private equity-backed companies, including: financial reporting and close process improvement, audit readiness and preparation, working capital, cash flow, and operational finance analysis
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
7 years of experience in related field
5 years supervisory
Must have and preserve required licenses
Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
