Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the DigitalZone Super App, covering payments, user accounts, loyalty, and integrations with TicketZone and Rahal.
Define product vision and strategy in alignment with company OKRs and market opportunities.
Lead discovery and prioritization through user research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
Write clear, actionable PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
Define and track key product KPIs including conversion rates, DAU/MAU, payment success rates, and user retention.
Identify integration opportunities and dependencies across TicketZone, Rahal, and DigitalZone products.
Manage external vendor and partner relationships where applicable.
Champion a culture of experimentation — running A/B tests, iterating rapidly, and learning from data.
Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building a high-performing product team.
Requirements
5–8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role.
Experience building consumer-facing apps at scale, ideally in payments, super apps, or marketplace platforms.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder roadmaps with competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
Deep understanding of mobile-first product design and UX principles.
