Lead and mentor the entire Application Management team fostering culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
Enable growth and development of the Cebu Location across competencies for TechOps
Identify and pursue new business opportunities contributing to revenue growth and market expansion within GDS and across EY
Work with pursuit and EY member firms to create solutions with compelling value propositions for clients in the area of Application Management
Develop business case, business KPIs and Benefits Realization plan and measure KPIs
Stay ahead of new technologies, industry best practices and market trends to hone the skills and capabilities of the competency
Drive adoption of new technologies and methodologies
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges
Foster strong client relationships ensuring client satisfaction and delivery success through management and leadership of large scale engagements and projects with ability to run client status meetings, escalation management discussions and deliver executive level presentations that drive actions and decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
At least 15 years working experience, at least 8 years of experience in a leadership role focused on application management
Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology and how it interacts with the application lifecycle management principles
Proven track record of successfully managing large scale applications in a complex, multi-platform environment
Extensive experience in service delivery management and client management working with various regions in a global setting
Depth of experience in setting up, growing, transforming, and delivering application management teams
Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization
Strong client management, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and make data driven decisions
Relevant Service Delivery Certifications (ie. ITIL, PMP, etc)
