Be an integral part of the China Market Leadership team.
Lead China presales team to be an expert of AVEVA technology and AVEVA Way of Selling.
Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them achieve their assigned goals and objectives.
Proactively communicate with the China Presales team to maintain alignment with company direction, initiatives, and focus areas.
Actively contribute to regional and global Presales teams and serve as an effective conduit for bi-directional communication with the China Presales team.
Collaborate with teams outside of Presales, including Sales, marketing, delivery, and customer support.
Serve as a role model for demonstrating AVEVA Life Values: Impact, Aspiration, Curiosity, and Trust.
Travel as required to meet customers, develop business pipelines, support business closures, and gather customer feedback, competitive intelligence, market trends, etc.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
More than 10 years of experience in the industrial technology/software business sector.
A track record of successful Presales or sales management.
Solid experience in relevant technology/software organizations.
Extensive experience in networking within complex customer organizations.
Strong commercial sense and good at value propositions.
Rigorous program management and change management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and convince customer executives.
Diplomacy and knowledge of complex federated/matrix models.
Confidence in working in an international and "virtual" team and network.
Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work as a team player with appropriate internal teams within the company.
Fluent in spoken and written English at an international level.
