Singles Program – Case Manager

Role Overview

• Responsible for the development of a case management plan to assist program participants
• Performs and provides a written assessment of program participant’s needs
• Facilitates employment focused groups designed to meet participant needs
• Develops and maintains comprehensive lists of community resources for use by program participants
• Attends case conferencing and other meetings and training as directed

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred
• two years of successful experience in the delivery of human services
• Knowledge of social casework objectives, principles, and methods
• Ability to demonstrate skill in the application of casework methods and practices
• Valid California driver's license
