Role Overview
- develops business plan for assigned territory
- conducts quality sales presentations to targeted customers
- achieve quarterly sales goals within territory
- understands and demonstrates targeting principles
- develops pre-call planning strategy for key targets
- develops positive and interactive relationships with peers, customers, and Company managers
- responsible for ensuring high levels of call and field productivity
- gathers and utilizes information to implement strategies for territory prescribers
- differentiates products from competitors and responds to customer issues
Requirements
- BS or BA degree required
- minimum of 1 years pharmaceutical sales experience
- documented history of successful performance
- demonstrated business acumen
- demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
- demonstrated leadership
- ability to work independently and as a team member
- proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
- valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
