Maintain the books in QuickBooks — keep records accurate and up to date
Manage and operate Relit
Ensure all bills and payments are tracked and on schedule
Keep the client on track with overall financial visibility
Categorize transactions and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks
Generate periodic financial summaries and flag items needing the client’s attention
Maintain organized digital records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
Coordinate with the client’s CPA or external accountant as needed
Surface trends, discrepancies, or process improvements
Requirements
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Online preferred)
Experience operating an ERP system; ability to onboard onto Relit quickly
Solid grasp of US accounting basics (chart of accounts, AP/AR, reconciliations)
Strong written English for ongoing US-based client communication
Able to work independently and own outcomes without heavy oversight
Available to work US hours full-time
Prior experience supporting US-based small businesses (preferred)
Background in healthcare practice finance (familiarity with insurance reimbursements, patient billing flows) (preferred)
Comfort handling sensitive financial information in a HIPAA-aware environment (preferred)
