Build and maintain a network of key accounts — you know their workflows, challenges, and contacts
Early detection of usage decline and proactive countermeasures
Regular QBRs and impact reports: you quantify LINDERA’s value
Structured collection of user feedback as input for product development
Translate practical observations from workshops into concrete feature requirements
Pilot new features together with selected partner facilities
Monitor quality indicators and outcome data

Therapeutic background, preferably physiotherapy, occupational therapy or comparable healthcare professions
Experience in training, supporting, or consulting care facilities or healthcare organizations
Strong affinity for digital tools — you can read and explain dashboards and derive actionable recommendations
Strong communication across all levels: from care assistants to facility management
Self-starter with strong organizational skills — you stay on top of many concurrent accounts
German fluent; solid English
