Ownership of our finance and performance reporting and continuous development of our KPI structure
Preparation of cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning, as well as support with financing, grant programs and financial simulations
Monthly performance reporting including analysis of the most important business metrics and derivation of action recommendations
Forecasting and budget planning (forecast & budget) in close cooperation with the business units
Business partnering with our department heads – performance analysis, identification of potential and development of measures
Preparation of business cases, investment calculations and profitability analyses to support strategic decisions
Further development of our controlling tools and data structures to strengthen data-driven decision-making across the company
Support for month-end reporting and preparatory work for annual financial statements

At least 2 years of professional experience in controlling, finance or a comparable analytical environment (e.g., consulting, corporate finance, start-up/scale-up)
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Analytical mindset and strong numerical understanding
Ability to present complex issues in a clear and understandable way
Confident presence and strong communication skills to act as a sparring partner for various departments
Hands-on mentality and a structured, independent working style
Very good Excel skills and experience analyzing larger datasets
Experience with BI tools or reporting systems is a plus
