About this role

1–2 years of professional experience in strategy consulting (Consultant level)
2–4 years of professional experience in strategy consulting (Senior Consultant level)
Master’s degree or equivalent (Diplom) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Engineering from a reputable university, with at least a good/above-average final grade
Solid knowledge of strategic positioning and market-oriented alignment of companies
Extensive experience in business analysis and the design of business processes
(Initial) experience leading workstreams or sub-projects
Good knowledge of project and change management
Excellent conceptual and analytical skills and a structured way of working
Excellent communication skills and strong presentation abilities
Very good MS Office skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work in teams
High willingness to travel and mobility
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
