Role Overview
- Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with business strategy
- Lead end-to-end project execution to ensure delivery on time
- Assemble, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams
- Develop and maintain realistic project schedules
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a logistics and/or healthcare environment
- At least 1+ year of experience in change management
- Minimum of 1+ year in warehouse or operational management
- At least 1+ year in a project or operational leadership role
- 2+ years’ experience in facilitating workshops and planning sessions
- Minimum of 1+ year experience in budget development and financial management
- At least 1+ year of experience supporting contract development
