About this role

Engaging existing and potential customers to retain and grow the existing base.
Preparing key deliverables and providing day-to-day customer service on operational and management level.
Escalated Client query resolution on a day-to-day basis.
Receiving and responding to e-mailed and telephonic requests for quotes from customers.
Checking expected deliverables against actual actions taken within the Group.
Preparing customer bills accurately and according to customer expectations.
Recording the month’s billing in the prescribed format to enable Revenue reporting.
Follow up on payments made by the clients and communicating same to Finance Department.

Minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain and logistics
Minimum of 3 years experience in MSD
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Extensive screen-time working on laptop (emails / billing / Teams meetings)
Customer Centric Experience
Problem solving skills
Advanced Excel skills
Matric (Essential).
B. Com Supply Chain and Logistics, Hons Supply Chain and Logistics (Essential).
Computer packages: Outlook (Intermediate) Word (Intermediate) Excel (Intermediate) PowerPoint (Intermediate) MS Dynamics (training will be provided).
