- Head & administer the Field Sales for the Country
- Ensure all country’s sales policies, processes and guidelines are implemented and adhered to
- Meet and exceed Branch/regional/country growth targets
- Foster strong interpersonal relationships across departments like Operations, Customer Service, HR, and Finance
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Logistics preferred
- 15-18 years’ experience with 7 years of leadership/management experience
- Demonstrating accountability in actions & decisions
- Ensuring execution and achieving customer & operational excellence
