Assist in the creation and maintenance of Tableau reports and dashboards
Support data validation and cleanup efforts
Ensure consistency in key business definitions across datasets
Work with data from multiple sources to fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests
Provide timely, accurate insights to internal teams and member hotels
Contribute to data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Membership
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant coursework or academic exposure to data analysis, reporting, statistics, or business intelligence tools preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, including pivot tables, lookups, and data organization
Exposure to or interest in learning Tableau or similar BI/reporting tools to support dashboards and reporting initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and organization
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Positive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to working with cross-functional teams
Ability to represent/demonstrate LHW performance drivers
