Take full ownership of SEO performance across global markets, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market research to develop scalable global SEO strategies based on data and market insights
Execute and continuously optimise SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance across different regions
Perform comprehensive keyword research and build structured content pillars aligned with search intent and business objectives
Create detailed SEO content briefs and collaborate closely with copywriters and content teams to ensure high-quality, SEO-aligned content production
Work closely with the Global SEO team to align with overall SEO direction, standards, and best practices across all markets
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Content, Development, Design, and Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of SEO initiatives
Monitor SEO performance through GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools, while providing regular reporting and actionable optimisation recommendations
Identify technical SEO issues and work closely with the Development team to resolve them efficiently
Leverage AI-powered tools to improve research efficiency, content structuring, workflow productivity, and SEO scalability
Support authority-building initiatives, including backlink strategy planning, outreach, and execution across global markets
Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging AI-driven SEO practices to continuously improve strategy and execution
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist
Strong proficiency in English, with excellent reading, writing, speaking, and communication skills
Proven experience managing SEO projects independently across different markets or regions
Prior experience in the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
Experience conducting competitor analysis and developing scalable SEO strategies based on market insights and search trends
Hands-on experience with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO platforms
Experience creating SEO content briefs and collaborating closely with copywriters and content teams
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiar with AI-powered tools and able to leverage them to improve workflow efficiency, research quality, and SEO execution
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple SEO initiatives simultaneously
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of driving projects with minimal supervision
