Act as a consultant for our existing sellers, identifying those eligible for Fulfillment and running targeted upsell conversations to get them onboard.
Coordinate box orders and lead hands-on (mainly remote) training sessions on how to pack, label, and dispatch shipments correctly.
Proactively manage your CRM, chasing stock replenishment, preventing late deliveries, and ensuring sellers never run out of active inventory.
Analyze discount requests and pricing structures to create win-win proposals for our sellers.
Requirements
You know how to take an existing relationship and level it up through strategic upselling.
You are process-oriented who enjoys managing a pipeline and don’t let leads or tasks fall through the cracks.
You are comfortable working with pricing models and analyzing the impact of discounts on seller performance.
A good problem solver who is able to find the solution and get the stock moving when a shipment is delayed or a seller is hesitant.
Fluent in Lithuanian and English. (Knowledge of Polish or Latvian is a significant plus!)
