Develop and lead the implementation of the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics
Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations
Work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that all internal communication is aligned with business objectives and supports the company’s culture and values
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
Manage crisis communications, ensuring all employees are informed and up-to-date
Manage and maintain the company’s internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s goals and values
Possibility to build up a small team of internal communications specialists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values
Requirements
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
Advanced degree or professional certification in communications or organizational development is a plus
5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or reated field
2+ years of experience managing a team
Experience working in high-growth, international, or fast-changing environments
Proven ability to build communication processes and structures from scratch
Experience with content creation and delivery (i.e. email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and storytelling capabilities
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience supporting executive and leadership communications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
