Own and manage the product roadmap in close collaboration with the Engineering team
Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and release coordination
Partner with the Marketing team to plan and execute go-to-market activities
Work with the Solutioning team to establish and enforce best practices
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure client feedback is captured and addressed

10+ years of experience in product management roles
Demonstrated track record of successfully bringing enterprise software products to market
Experience working in or with financial technology companies
Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, API-driven architectures, and modern software development practices
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Solutions, and Customer Success teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
