You assist with coordinating our in-house talents
You help source new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills for contracts and in price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You support Artist Managers in developing concepts and content formats for talents and help implement them
You act as a liaison between talents and our partners, schedule their engagements and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a feel for the latest digital and consumer trends
Proficient with major social media platforms and online communities
Ideally experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
