You assist with coordinating our in-house talent
You help source new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You support the Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help to bring these to life
You act as a liaison between talents and our partners, schedule their engagements, and ensure their well‑being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and shows

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
Highly creative and motivated
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
