Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
Oversee closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met across multiple entities.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Understand client-specific requirements and provide tailored accounting solutions.
Support audits by preparing documentation and coordinating with external auditors.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal control policies across multiple jurisdictions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and strengthen internal controls.
Stay up to date with evolving accounting standards and regulatory changes.
Drive efficiencies through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in the implementation and optimization of ERP and financial systems.
Standardize accounting processes across client entities where possible.

Requirements
Degree in Accounting
Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment.
Strong knowledge of IFRS.
Experience managing multiple entities or clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
