Lead and develop a team of Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs), setting clear performance expectations aligned to patient impact and business priorities
Define and execute the national field reimbursement strategy, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across territories
Drive accountability through clear metrics (time to therapy initiation, PA approval rates, appeal success, patient onboarding progression, etc.)
Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Patient Services, Commercial, Compliance, and Specialty Pharmacy partners to proactively address systemic access barriers
Analyze field trends across payers, regions, and provider types; escalate patterns and recommend strategic interventions to leadership
Build strong external relationships with key neurology practices, specialty pharmacies, and access stakeholders to strengthen Praxis’ reputation as a credible access partner
Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier reimbursement talent aligned with Praxis values of Trust, Ownership, Curiosity, and Results
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
6+ years of experience in reimbursement and access
3+ years of direct management of field reimbursement teams
Demonstrated experience in rare disease and Limited Distribution Drug (LDD) models
Deep expertise in pharmacy benefit design (commercial and government), PA/appeals processes, and specialty pharmacy workflows
Experience supporting neurology or CNS-focused practices strongly preferred
Experience with inpatient access within hospitalizations and high-cost medication scenarios
Proven ability to translate field insights into scalable strategy and measurable improvement
Strong executive presence and credibility with providers, access leaders, and internal stakeholders
High integrity and disciplined compliance mindset
