Independently conduct and lead Financial Due Diligence projects in the context of company acquisitions and disposals (Buy
and Sell-Side)
Lead Vendor Assistance projects, model business plans, and support project management in an interface role between clients, internal teams (e.g., M&A) and external stakeholders
Responsible reporting to clients and internal decision-makers
Contribute to the development and implementation of transaction strategies
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing communication and advisory support
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in economics/business administration (Bachelor/Master), ideally with a finance focus
At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence
Solid knowledge of the transaction environment, including financial statement analysis and financial modelling
Excellent proficiency with common analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel)
Strong client orientation, communication skills and ability to work in a team
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Fluent German and English (business/professional proficiency)
