Partner with Marketing, UX and Sales to support CRO and experimentation.
Own the delivery of A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring clear requirements and robust tracking.
Use data and insights to inform decisions and shape backlog priorities and product direction.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience working as a Product Owner (or in a closely related role) within an agile environment.
Strong backlog management skills, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, breaking down high-level scope into deliverable increments, and prioritising effectively.
Experience working with internal commercial or B2B stakeholders, with the ability to challenge, clarify and align around a clear product direction.
Strong delivery management skills, bringing structure, pace and clarity to a team, and proactively managing risks and dependencies.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across engineering teams, senior stakeholders and external partners.
Experience supporting or contributing to conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programmes or A/B testing initiatives (e.g. defining requirements, writing test specifications, or collaborating with analytics and UX teams).
Familiarity with web analytics and experimentation tools, and an understanding of how data informs product decisions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Benefits
Location: To be considered for this remote working role, you need to be permanently based in the UK. One day each month, you'll travel to South Wales to work with your key stakeholders so ideally, you'll be located within a couple of hours' drive.
