Monitor and ensure the execution of end-to-end logistics processes, including warehousing, dispatch, reverse logistics, equipment sorting, spare parts management and kit assembly.
Perform critical analyses of operational performance, proposing continuous improvement actions focused on efficiency and cost reduction.
Support the contractual and operational management of logistics operators (3PLs), contributing to the standardization and structuring of workflows.
Monitor SLAs, conduct operational audits and support deviation handling, including defining and tracking action plans.
Track and update performance indicators (KPIs), such as operational productivity, inventory accuracy, OTIF, inventory aging and operational discrepancies.
Produce in-depth analyses using methodologies such as PDCA, 5 Whys and Ishikawa (fishbone) diagrams.
Support the execution and sustainment of governance rituals aligned with S&OP and S&OE cycles.
Map processes in AS-IS format and propose TO-BE improvements aligned with the area’s strategy.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen) aimed at process optimization, activity automation and productivity gains.
Contribute to projects focused on operational efficiency and waste reduction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
Solid experience in logistics operations, with roles in warehousing, distribution and/or operational management.
Experience managing relationships with logistics operators and monitoring performance through indicators (KPIs).
Advanced Excel skills for analyses and operational controls, plus knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
Knowledge of logistics processes related to sorting, kit assembly, spare parts management and asset control.
Analytical mindset with a systemic view and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
