Manage and execute payments related to projects (suppliers, partners, and technical teams);
Request and track invoices, ensuring the correct payment flow;
Support the procurement of materials and services for the department;
Perform expense classification and reclassification activities;
Contribute to project budget control;
Maintain updated controls and reports in Excel;
Support the implementation team with daily administrative tasks;
Make occasional contact with clients for contractual matters and logistics related to equipment returns;
Ensure deadlines and processes are met, guaranteeing the quality of deliverables.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration or related fields;
Experience with administrative and/or financial routines;
Intermediate Excel;
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Proactive profile with a focus on execution and continuous improvement;
Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
Preferably experience with accounts payable or financial control of projects;
Advantageous to have knowledge of automation, digital tools, or Artificial Intelligence (AI);
Interest in process optimization and innovation.
