You will be part of the team responsible for creating solutions that support restaurants in their operations.
Work in partnership with Product Managers, engineers and other disciplines to ensure our products deliver functional, simple, high-value experiences for our customers.
Translate user needs and business objectives into simple, functional, and scalable product experiences.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering and marketing teams to ensure consistency of the design vision throughout development.
Create flows, wireframes, interfaces and interactive prototypes at varying fidelities, focusing on validating ideas and concepts and ensuring effective usability before implementation, using design patterns and best practices.
Refine, estimate and contribute to prioritization and trade-offs with Product Managers.
Understand requirements and user stories to provide better-aligned and concise product deliveries for engineering.
Actively participate in discovery processes and hypothesis validation, fostering a culture of experimentation.
Maintain a critical and analytical mindset, defining metrics and using data analysis to define and monitor outcomes.
Conduct user research, hypothesis validation and data analysis, using these insights to inform design decisions.
Perform benchmarks and competitive analyses.
Define success metrics related to user experience and track results using qualitative and quantitative data.
Act as a reference within the design chapter, contributing to the structuring of processes, rituals, tools and documentation.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a digital product designer;
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field;
Advanced skills in Excel;
Proficiency with prototyping and design tools, especially Figma;
Experience in end-to-end projects, delivering outcomes that had product relevance and business impact;
Experience with discovery processes, conducting research and validating hypotheses;
Autonomous, proactive profile with a critical eye for experience and delivery quality;
Ability to define experience metrics and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions;
Ability to handle multiple contexts simultaneously;
Strong communication, collaboration, organization and self-management skills;
