At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams of 5 -10+ software engineers
4+ years of experience in backend development or data engineering
Experience in building or developing large-scale data processing pipelines and/or large, high-availability dimensional data stores
Effective communication skills
Proven track record of effective hiring and team building
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
