B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience managing engineers, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
Hands-on experience building and operating high-volume, highly resilient Tier-1 cloud services and systems
Strong knowledge of Go, Java or similar technologies
Demonstrated ability to own and deliver large, complex engineering projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
Proven ability to operate with ambiguity and make sound technical decisions with limited information
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for what your team builds and ships
Experience driving technical decisions and alignment across groups with competing priorities
Ability to communicate complex technical ideas in writing and verbally
